Singers in grades K-3 are recommended by their teacher to participate in this extraordinary event. Singers from school districts around Northeast Ohio join together in a day of singing, fun, and inspiration.

Mini Honor Choir Schedule - November 15, 2025

9:00 a.m. Teachers arrive
9:30 a.m. STUDENTS arrive & check-in with their music teacher
10:00 a.m. Morning rehearsal begins
12:00 p.m. LUNCH BREAK
1:15 p.m. Afternoon rehearsal
2:30 p.m. Demonstration for parents
Dress Code & What to Bring

Singers should wear school colors or a school spirit shirt with black or dark blue pants.

All participants should bring a sack lunch and water bottle.
Information & Detailed Timeline
Students pay a $30 participation fee at the time of registration.
October 9 - Deadline for teachers to confirm school participation. Teachers complete our Participation Form to register their school.
October 15 - Teachers receive the number of singers you are permitted to select as well as online registration information to share with those families. Teachers select the students they feel would best represent the school.
November 10 - Student registration deadline.November 15 - Choristers
MINI Honor Choir Day - Participating teachers must be present for the entire
Honor Choir Day. Teachers greet their students and observe and assist the conductor as needed throughout the day.
